The Wesley College Alumni Association is a united, dynamic, and diverse organization whose mission is to serve and add value to the college, its students, fellow alumni, local chapters, and friends of the Association.

To be the core support organization for Wesley College and its Alumni globally.
To support the alma mater through the provision of resources, facilitating, and collaborating with institutions of higher learning in Ghana and elsewhere to boost academic excellence, and promoting the interest of the Wesley College alumni through networking and support.
To fulfil its Vision and Mission, the Association shall do as follows:
- Promote, maintain, and uphold the image, ideals, and core values for which the Wesley College was founded.
- Promote, foster, and maintain cultural and educational exchange between Wesley College and various cultural and academic institutions.
- Build, foster, and sustain the spirit of understanding, mutual assistance, cooperation, and solidarity among alumni.
- Coordinate the activities of the various alumni groups and pool resources to invest in programs and infrastructure at Wesley College.
- Collaborate and liaise with other Wesley College Alumni Association chapters to foster the ideals of Wesley College and its alumni.
- Raise and maintain funds through dues, contributions, events, and other such activities in furtherance of items (i) to (vi) above.
