VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT – JUNE 2026
The Wesley College of Education, Kumasi invites suitably qualified and experienced persons to
apply for the following academic and non-academic positions in the College.
1. SENIOR ASSISTANT REGISTRAR
Qualifications and Experience
• Applicant must possess a minimum Master’s Degree in Management or any related discipline from a recognized university.
• Must have served as an Assistant Registrar for a minimum of four (4) years in a recognized institution.
• Must demonstrate competence in office administration, human resource management, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, and the use of ICT applications.
• Membership of a recognized and certified professional body will be an added advantage.
• Applicant should not be above the age of 45 years
2. SENIOR INTERNAL AUDITOR
Qualifications and Experience
• Applicant must possess a minimum Master’s Degree in Accounting or any related discipline from a recognized university.
• Must have served as an Assistant Auditor for a minimum of four (4) years in a recognized institution.
• Must demonstrate competence in Financial Accounting and Auditing. Applicant should not be above the age of 45 years
3. PROCUREMENT OFFICER
Qualifications and Experience
• Applicant must possess a minimum Master’s Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management or related discipline from a recognized university.
• Must have served as an Assistant Procurement Officer for a minimum of six (6) years in a recognized institution.
• Must have adequate knowledge of the Public Procurement Act 2016 (Act 914 as amended).
• Membership of a relevant and certified professional body will be an added advantage.
• Applicant should not be above the age of 45 years
4. HEAD OF SECURITY
Qualifications:
• Applicant Must have not less than four (4) years’ continuous and satisfactory service as Senior Assistant Security Officer and should have the basic qualification of Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
• Applicant must be a retired Chief Inspector in the Police Service and or equivalent rank in the Armed Forces (W.O.I.) with satisfactory service in that rank and a clean record.
• Applicant should not be more than 45 years of age.
