The Management of the National Teaching Council (NTC) has agreed to organize an induction program for some newly trained teachers who could not partake in the earlier virtual induction program organized by the Teaching Council. This follows an appeal made by the Teacher Trainees Association of Ghana (TTAG) for the National Teaching Council (NTC) to consider the newly trained teachers who for some reasons were not able to join the just ended program.
In a statement copied to EducationWeb.com.gh, TTAG has urged all newly trained teachers who could not join the first program should send their details to Public Relations Unit via 0240722057 for necessary arrangement. The induction program serves as on the job training where the newly qualified teachers are exposed to the nitty-gritty of the profession.
